Tuesday April 14. Set your Routine for the School area in your home. I have a friend who set hers up at her Dining Room table.

set up a weekly schedule that works for your family
ideas/sample
A Schedule for each day. Set up by age appropriateness.
Date, Schedule for day. Organizational area: papers to do and hand in. Projects to work on. Current Events. Math, Science, Music, Physical Education, Language Arts, History. Use current events and your Kid's Schedule from this year to set up and follow. Use communication from their teachers to complete your model. Set up an email chain with all their teachers.

Routine is important.

Quotes were something a friend brought to my attention when our kids were in First Grade. She had a clipboard and would add a quote every morning for her kids to see before leaving for school. I adopted this practice and use them to this day.
