See Below, this is a field trip you can make one day, they have a beautiful restaurant and you can watch them Blow Glass in their Quichee Vermont Production Facility if you live in the Northeast part of the United States of America.

of Note. A place I have visited, Block Island, Rhode Island, has the first Offshore Wind Farm in the United States. 

...an added note, I grew up in a family where my Dad's Company piloted (one of a number of Wind Turbines piloted at this time through this Government Program) and implemented a 200' wind turbine in the 1980's on Block Island, RI, with the Department of Energy and NASA. I was a part of watching how alternative energy works and is implemented, funded, and the costs of research+development, and implementation in a real world setting. We also still heat our house where I grew up (and supplementally where I live now) with wood as the primary source of heat.

Salt Dough Recipe to make your Fish, or whatever object you are passionate about.

Yield: approximately 2 fish 
Materials 
  • ●  1 cup salt
  • ●  2 1⁄2 cups flour
  • ●  1 cup water
  • ●  2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    Instructions
  1. Measure out flour and salt into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add water while mixing flour and salt mixture. Feel free to use your hands if you do not
    have a wooden spoon.
  3. When the dough looks crumbly or “shaggy”, add the oil.
  4. Knead the dough until it becomes one smooth mass.
  5. Wrap the dough in and store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

It's rainy morning here. As a family we usually go to a sunrise service at a local tree farm where my family lives. I can only remember a handful of years in my life that I haven't gone to this. So, because we couldn't be with my parents at home. We decided to do our own sunrise service at a beach we can walk to from our house. We tested FaceTime outside with my parents the day before while I was working in the garden, continuing to plant as I feel we need the food security of seeds pushing up through dirt in containers and in the ground we have available to us. Thursday 5/21  Petroglyphs are rock carvings (rock paintings are called pictographs) made by pecking directly on the rock surface using a stone chisel and a hammerstone. When the desert varnish (or patina) on the surface of the rock was chipped off, the lighter rock underneath was exposed, creating the petroglyph. Archaeologists have estimated there may be over 25,000 petroglyph images along the 17 miles of escarpment within the monument boundary. It is estimated 90% of the monument's petroglyphs were created by the ancestors of today's Pueblo people. Puebloans have lived in the Rio Grande Valley since before 500 A.D., but a population increase around 1300 A.D. resulted in numerous new settlements. Monday 4/27 Teach Survival The world is a tough place. My daughter didn’t tell me she was bullied in 6th Grade until last night, we had moved to a new community that year, We were close as a family, my two daughters and I. We shared dinners together, spent lots of time driving to activities, spent time with our family (who we lived near there), but she never shared that girls in that school were mean to her until now. The close friend she made in a boy at that school is still one of her closest friends. When I asked her why she hadn't shared this before, she said, "Mom, kids never tell their parents when they are being bullied." I thought, yes, this is true, and why I am so "on" when it comes to bullying and kids being kind and respectful of each other always . On a positive note, she made good friends there, was a part of many different groups, a wonderful Church, American Girls  (like Girl Scouts at a Library, based on the American Girls dolls...
